Will I speak to a call centre when I phone you for advice?2023-04-30T18:44:10+00:00

What are the benefits of using an HR Consultant?2023-05-01T08:43:39+00:00

There are many benefits of using an HR Consultant, the main ones being:

  • Financial – it is cheaper to outsource your HR support to us than to employ a HR department (or employees) in-house.
  • Expertise – when working with us you get the expertise of the whole team, with the assurance that somebody is always available, even during times of sickness or holiday.
  • Peace of mind – assurance that you are fully compliant, up-to-date and have on-hand unlimited HR advice whenever you need it.
  • Updates – regular updates and access to training sessions, meetings and networking events.

Of course, many clients start off on one package then adapt as their business changes and grows. We have a number of additional services that you can select throughout the year, and we will always offer a preferential rate for existing clients.

How will you keep me updated with employment law changes?2023-04-30T18:58:55+00:00

We communicate with you in many forms, including:

  • Regular newsletters
  • Regular email updates
  • Invitations to meetings, seminars and networking events

When you set up your contract, we will ask you to send us a list of approved managers who you authorise us to speak with. Should a situation arise where you would like us to liaise directly with an employee, we are always happy to do so.

Yes, all of our packages are available on a remote and on-site basis, so we can support you to the same high standards regardless of location.
