Tracey Salisbury
Tracey Salisbury Director and Senior Consultant
Tracey has worked in HR for over 20 years, working within sectors including banking, charity, government and consultancy.

Having worked as a consultant since 2015, supporting businesses of various sizes, Tracey has extensive experience in establishing packages which suit a range of organisations and their individual needs.

Tracey is MCIPD qualified, with additional qualifications and accreditations in job evaluation, mental health first aid and IOSH (health and safety). Alongside her HR experience, Tracey is also a CV writer, with a successful CV writing and job search support company.

Eloise Merrell
Eloise MerrellConsultant
Eloise is experienced in both in-house and consultancy HR roles.

She prides herself on her ability to establish relationships with clients, delivering the full scope of HR and employee relations support to organisations of all sizes.

With a passion for training design and delivery, Eloise leads on our managers training sessions.

Samantha
SamanthaAdministrator
Samantha’s background is in the Health & Social Care Industry, where she has spent the last 8 years as a Training & Compliance Manager for a home care provider. 

Samantha likes making sure things are done properly, whilst at the same time looking at how a process can be simplified.

She is passionate about helping others reach their full potential, and enjoys sharing the knowledge she has picked up along the way.

Sue is experienced in customer service and administrative roles, and spent several years working in retail.

Sue has an excellent eye for detail, and is experienced in producing documentation, as well as proofreading and ensuring high levels of quality.

Sue enjoys working as part of the administrative team, identifying new ways we can enhance the services we offer to our clients.
