Our annual compliance audit includes:
  • Staff and service user survey
  • 1 day to examine records. This includes looking at staff records (to ensure schedule 3 is being met) and service records (to ensure person centred care is being met).
  • The remaining time will be spent looking at evidence to support the 5 key questions (SAFE / EFFECTIVE / WELL-LED / RESPONSIVE / CARING).

  • A report of findings and recommendations.
